1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
For use when using Cialis with grapefruit and grapefruit juice, the recommended starting dose is 2,8 mg. Other medications may need to be adjusted during treatment. If Cialis is not effective and your blood pressure is already lower than this, you should consult your doctor.
For use with Cialis with tadalafil, the dose is given in terms of this by acting on its receptors in the penis, possibly decreasing the level of tadalafil, or just taking a lower dose once you have been reassured that the effects are not too serious.
For Cialis with alpha-blockers, the recommended starting dose is 5 mg, taken in the morning. This dosage may be increased to 10 mg if your blood pressure is not effective or lower doses are needed if your blood pressure is lower than the recommended starting dose.
For use with Cialis used used with alpha-blockers, the recommended dose is Cialis 10 mg in the morning.

The following messages were posted to a friend of mine, a young woman in her 20s and early 30s who has gone to high school, she says.
Her friend has done a lot of researching and has a list of possible drugs, including cocaine. She also has a prescription for Viagra.
“I can’t imagine anything that would bring them into a situation that would be a problem.”
According to her, a doctor has prescribed a drug called Cialis to treat erectile dysfunction. She is worried that she might not be able to get a prescription for Viagra. The patient says he can’t get it due to the pharmacy. He says he will probably not be able to get it for the next year because of the prescription.
“My insurance wouldn’t cover Viagra and that’s why I can’t get it at all,” she says. “They would have to pay for the drug.”
She is worried that the doctor might not be able to get the prescription. She says she has been on and off of Viagra since she was 18. She has heard stories of people who have had problems getting the prescription. She says the medication has helped her. She has had no problems since, but she says she wants to keep going.
She is also worried that the patient might be going out to get Viagra and not being able to get it because the drug is supposed to be taken in the morning. She says she needs to make sure that the prescription is written on the patient’s calendar.
“My insurance doesn’t cover Viagra and I’m not going to get it,” she says. “I’m not going to pay for the drug.”
She says she has tried getting her insurance to cover the drug but the insurance company refuses to cover it. She says she has never had problems getting the prescription for Viagra but she has heard of people who have tried it. She has also heard of people who have tried it but the drug is not supposed to be in the morning.
She says the patient has tried to get Viagra for a year because of the prescription. She says the patient has not tried to get a prescription because she doesn’t have any prescription.
“I have never had any problems in the last year. I have no prescription at all,” she says. “It’s been a long time since I was on any prescription.”
She says that when she went to her doctor about her Viagra prescription, he did not get a prescription for Viagra. She says he did not want her to be treated that way. She says she has tried the drug and it has not helped her.
She says that she did not take the drug, but she has heard that it has been prescribed and that she would be able to get the prescription in the morning. She says she was prescribed it by a doctor.
“I would take it in the morning, and that would be fine.”
She says she has tried to get the prescription for Viagra because she thinks her insurance will not cover it. She says she has heard of people who have tried it and she does not want her to have to pay for the drug.
She says she is willing to work with her to get Viagra. She says that she would not be able to work for a month or two to get it, but she says she is not afraid to do so because she is “very happy” and that she is “very self-confident.”
She has been taking the drug for a year because she was looking to see how she would respond to Viagra. She says she has been taking it since she was young and has heard of people who have tried it.
She says she wants to keep going because she does not have any problems with her insurance. She says she has not been able to get Viagra since she was young. She says she has been able to get the prescription in the morning.
